Staffing and Licensing

Since 1953 we have provided HVAC services for thousands of projects throughout the United States and are currently registered to practice engineering in the following states:   Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania

Randy All, P.E.
Principal

Randy started with FEI in January of 1999 following his time working for a design/build contractor. His experience on the contracting side of the table has aided Randy in both his design and construction management duties. As a principal in the firm Randy is actively involved in virtually every project. He participates in the conceptual phase of the engineering and then oversees the work of the project Engineer through project completion.

Craig Nessman, P.E.,
Project Engineer

Craig came to FEI in 2007 following eight years working at a full service A/E firm. Having graduated from MSOE with a BS in Architectural Engineering in 1999 he brings a great deal of experience to the FEI team. Craig was granted his Professional Engineering license in 2005 and is currently registered in the State of Wisconsin. Pastimes include cheering on the Brewers, Packers and Badgers. An ideal day is an active day in the north woods with his family followed by a quiet evening listening to the Brewers on the radio.

Jason Testin
Principal

As the grandson of our founder Jason represents the third generation of “Fredericksen” leading the firm. Jason guides many of the engineering concepts employed in our design work. Since his arrival in 2000, he has been instrumental in developing our early adoption of geothermal heating and cooling systems. His commitment to advanced technologies has paid off in the highly efficient systems we are able to design today and tomorrow.

Joy Cutts, P.E.,
Project Engineer

Joy Cutts joined the FEI team in February of 2013.

Joy was granted her Professional Engineering License in 2016 and is currently registered in the state of Wisconsin.

Joy’s attention to detail along with her engineering background provide her with the tools necessary to coordinate with owners, architects and engineers and provide a HVAC design that meets the clients long term goals.

Jason Rammer,
Project Engineer

Jason graduated from UW-Platteville with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2012. Following his time with AECOM he started at FEI in June of 2014. Jason has attained his EIT and is currently working toward his Professional Engineering license. Outside the office Jason enjoys playing golf and follows the Brewers and Packers passionately.

Jamison Johnson,
CAD/IT Manager

Jamie started with FEI in May of 1998 as a CAD Technician. In 2006 we were one of the first HVAC engineers in the area to adopt Revit as our primary design platform. While he was leading our transition to Revit 3D modeling, he was promoted to CAD/IT Manager. The early experience Jamie gained has kept us at the forefront within our industry as our 3D models are exceptionally detailed and coordinated with all trades. His extensive knowledge of the Revit platform is invaluable in his support of our project engineers. Jamie’s two daughters keep him busy out of the office but he manages to still find time for golf and traveling.
